Let's Defeat Boredom





We need to find ways to escape from boredom!

Spending our time wisely is the best way to escape from the boredom. 

That way, we'll enjoy our time, and encourage ourselves to develop and grow.


"TIME IS PRECIOUS AND WE SHOULD SPEND IT WISELY."


Here are some tips or checklists that can be helpful to spend time in developing yourself:

  1. Try basic exercise or fitness tutorials. Keeping your body as healthy as possible during this quarantine is important.

  2. Read books that are stocked on our bookshelves, or try to download e-books, then try to make book reviews, and journal the things you've learned.

  3. Start a podcast, stream games, blog, or vlog; it is not about the money or revenues that you'll get, but it's how you'll look back on your recorded stories someday.

  4. Try editing, or making some videos; practice your passion in video editing, and creating some cinematic shots.  

  5. Clean your desk or room; try to dispose of the things that you don't need anymore. Organize your room the way you want, or find some interesting inspirations on Pinterest about room ideas.

  6. Start small businesses such as food delivery, editing or writing services, tutorials, and selling things like clothes, food, or supplies. You can also try to work from home.

  7. Try to watch make-up tutorials or facial routines; search for the best products/ make-ups that suit you or facial routines that fit you. This is not "kaartihan," this is the way how people treat their selves, and keep their faces healthy.

  8. Watch Netflix/ movies, but this time try to make a movie review and jot it down in your notebook. Try also to share what you review from the movie, and post them.

  9. Try recording/ sound mixing; try to be a DJ, or try some crash course about sound engineering by watching tutorials on YouTube.

  10. Discover your talent in creating something new; try to create something like writing, or composing songs, poems, short stories, letters, or journalism. If you have time, try to share them on your social media accounts. 

  11. Grow your faith, or spend time to grow your spiritual being. Try to meditate, or pray despite the happenings. It's important to keep your communication with the Lord.

  12. Try picture editing or photography; try to enhance your photography skills even at home.

  13. Create DIY projects or crafts for your loved ones.

  14. Sleep and meditate; doing nothing sometimes do everything.

  15. Sing or dance; sometimes simple things mean a lot.

  16. Play board games with your family, or bond with them through online games.

  17. Do household chores; cleanliness is next to godliness.

  18. Cook something by watching YT videos, or researching recipes on the internet. This will help you develop your cooking skills and survival skills. 

  19. Play online games or mobile games. Some games could help you develop your cognitive development.

  20. Try online seminars that suites to you. Education is one of the things that could help you become a better person.

CONCLUSION: 

There are the things so many things to do, and I hope that spending your time wisely makes you realize that you can do something out of nothing.
