A LONELY TEACHER

 Little did you know, I have quiet battles.

I struggle to create lesson plans for today.

I give up extra hours to research for the discussions.

I stayed up all night to prepare for the instructional materials.

And do it all over again if I think these wouldn't work for tomorrow.

I'm sorry if I didn't accomplish one of my objectives in the lesson plan.

Maybe our time wouldn't fit for today.

I'm sorry if some information in the discussions is wrong.

Maybe I clicked on the wrong site because I was very sleepy at that time.

I'm sorry if my materials are not as beautiful as you wanted them to be.

Maybe I needed some help but I'm doing it all alone.

Don't worry, the teacher will try to maximize everything in our short period,

just to accomplish our objectives.

Don't worry, next time the teacher will be conscious of the information I click,

and manage my time so I won't be sleepy most of the time.

Don't worry, the teacher will do my materials creatively, the way I'll do my best.

But little did you know, I need your participation so we can accomplish our objectives today.

Little did you know, I also need corrections and learnings.

I openly accepted that I'm wrong so please don't laugh at me.

Little did you know, I make sure every material is done intricately,

but at least give me nice feedback if you see it unsatisfying.

I hope that we can fill it up together.

I just hope for our good, not for our worst.

I just hope to bring the best in us together.
